Membership is open to eligible individuals in Nigeria.

You must complete the app's registration process, including identity verification (KYC), and nominate a next-of-kin.

An entrance fee or minimum deposit may be required for full membership access.

Members must commit to regular contributions.

Membership ends upon resignation, death, or expulsion due to non-compliance.

Withdrawals are only permitted after six (6) months of active membership.

Withdrawals require notice and may be delayed to protect the financial stability of the cooperative. 

CrediCircle is governed by a Management Committee elected by members. 

Leadership terms are one (1) year with the possibility of re-election. 

Members have voting rights and may participate in annual or special meetings. 

Major decisions require a quorum of at least 25 members or one-quarter of the membership. 

Meetings may be conducted physically or virtually.

Members may vote on key issues electronically through the app. 

CrediCircle performs regular audits.

Members may request access to financial summaries and performance reports via the app.

Members must first attempt to resolve disputes internally.

If unresolved, matters may be escalated to the Registrar or through mediation.

CrediCircle is funded by: 

Funds are managed by the Treasurer and disbursed only under Committee direction. 

These terms may be updated as needed. 

Major changes will be shared in advance and require special approval. 

Members must declare existing debts outside the cooperative.
